Meadowsweet contains salicylate, a safe natural aspirin. In addition, Meadowsweet is known for its soothing, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties, as well as an agent that accelerates tissue regeneration in case of gastric ulcer, gastritis, galstralgia and colitis.

Meadowsweet also stimulates the restoration of the functions of β-cells of the islets of Langerhans, due to which it is often used in the complex treatment of diabetes.

This drug is prescribed for tachycardia, arterial hypertension, heart attacks, strokes, varicose veins, cerebrovascular accident. Meadowsweet prevents the formation of blood clots, regulates vascular tone.
Another advantage of this drug is its hepatoprotective and choleretic properties.
